Via the sanil mail - Their twin daughters Lacey and Hope Collins are twin girls who where born 3 months permature Mothers Day 1995. Both girls have sever cerebral palsy and cognitive disabilities & Hydrocephalus- a 4th degree bleed to the brain . The family lives in a single wide moble home on a parcel of land in Cromwell Indiana - which was purchased new when the girls were babies- this home will not sustain the girls for the rest of their lives.
